Ordering

After placing an order at Totty Belt, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the items you ordered along with a unique order identification number. If you don't receive an email or if you have any questions about your order, please call us at 866-855-5406, Monday-Friday 800-5:00 PST. Be sure to have your order number available so we can provide the most accurate information possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 2-5 days and in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of processing. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your UPS ground order within the continental United States. If the item is on back order a Totty Belt representative will contact you with an accurate delivery date.
